Developing A New Type of Leader
1and1 Ministries is a Christ-centered charity, dedicated to the growth of young athletes both on and off the diamond. Through our development initiatives, 1and1 assists young people in unlocking their full potential. We aim to create generations of faith-based leaders capable of changing his or her community, city, and country.

ATHLETICS
Baseball Focused Development
We believe baseball is one of the most effective ways to reach and develop younger generations. In addition to placing individuals in fun and competitive environments, baseball also puts players in uncomfortable and high-stress situations. We teach our athletes how to effectively overcome these situations and apply lessons learned to real-world scenarios. Our players are able to work within teams, think critically and most importantly, engage their faith to lead them through any circumstance.
EDUCATION
True Student-Athletes
With this initiative, our goal is to promote the importance of quality education among our athletes. Our Country Directors use classroom grades and behavior performance as a determinate for baseball participation. As our athletes progress through our program, we assist them with finding internships, fellowships, and other opportunities to enhance their educational experiences.
FAITH
God-Fearing Leadership
Our greatest effort and measurement of our success is teaching young men and women the Gospel as well as developing Christ-centered leaders. It is most important to us that our athletes live by and through their faith. We pray our student-athletes' faith will guide them throughout all aspects of their life and ultimately lead others to God's Grace.
HEALTH
Creating Healthy Communities
At 1and1 Ministries, we believe improving the health of communities is one of the most effective ways of helping improve the lives of our student-athletes and their families. Whether through public health initiatives or taking care of patients directly, we know this teaches our young people service over self.
